Body Tone

A strength training class using dumbbells and body weight.

Service Description

This class varies from week to week to keep it fun. Regularly attending this class will help with conditioning, toning and sculpting your whole body. We have a variety of dumbbell weights to use but please feel free to bring your own if you have some. A fitness mat is also required for your comfort.
