This programme combines cardiovascular activity and muscle strengthening exercises, specifically designed for the active older adult.

 

Exercise is one of the best things older adults can do to stay healthy, fit and active. Even moderate activity can help you to stay mobile, independent and strong.

Active Movers is small group training which is designed to get the 50+ age group moving, dancing, and strengthening together as well as a focus on nutrition.

 

You will also get access to 6 weeks of on demand content to support your training. Or the online training can be taken as a stand alone programme. Each week is different and gives participants the opportunities to try new forms of exercise they may not have considered trying.
