Fitness Pilates is taught to music in a group exercise format and includes Warm Up, Mobility, Active & Passive Flexibility, Standing & Functional Exercises, Mat, Stretch & Relaxation. What are the goals? • Increase muscular balance and strength • Improve posture • Enhance functional ability for both occupational and recreational activities • Boost core strength • Support mental Pilates Mat required.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Arrival Policy We’re so happy to have you moving with us! Please note that all class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens — so if you need to reschedule, you may transfer your booking to another class within two weeks, provided changes are made at least 6 hours before the class start time. Memberships & Class Use All memberships and class credits are non-transferable and are for individual use only. Each booking allows one space per class, per person. Memberships may not be used to book classes for friends, family members, or multiple people — whether in the same class or across separate bookings. Any attempt to do so is considered misuse of the membership. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate or unauthorised bookings without refund and, where necessary, suspend or terminate memberships found to be in breach of this policy. Cancellations or transfer requests made less than 6 hours before class will be charged the full class price, including pay-as-you-go and membership bookings. To help us start smoothly and create a focused experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started. Thank you for your understanding and support — we can’t wait to see you in class!
