Fitness Pilates is taught to music in a group exercise format and includes Warm Up, Mobility, Active & Passive Flexibility, Standing & Functional Exercises, Mat, Stretch & Relaxation. What are the goals? • Increase muscular balance and strength • Improve posture • Enhance functional ability for both occupational and recreational activities • Boost core strength • Support mental Pilates Mat required.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Arrival Policy We’re so happy to have you moving with us! Please note that all class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens—so if you need to reschedule, you can transfer your booking to another class within two weeks, as long as any changes are made at least 6 hours before the class start time. Cancellations or transfer requests made less than 6 hours before class will be charged the full class price, including pay-as-you-go and membership bookings. To help us start smoothly and create a focused experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started. Thank you for your understanding and support—we can’t wait to see you in class!
