Service Description
Lengthen, strengthen, align and tone your body with Pilates and Ballet inspired exercises on the floor. Traditionally, ballerinas take floor barre classes to better understand their alignment and improve their dancing skills. It's also used for ballerinas in recovery from injuries. Doing these exercises on the floor improves posture and body awareness in turn improving any work done standing. It's also great for people with injuries and the elderly or anyone else who doesn't have great balance! You also do not need a lot of equipment. A yoga mat is advised for comfort, a theraband to assist with stretching and a yoga block to help with a neutral posture. But none of these are essential.

Booking & Arrival Policy We’re so happy to have you moving with us! Please note that all class bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens—so if you need to reschedule, you can transfer your booking to another class within two weeks, as long as any changes are made at least 6 hours before the class start time. Cancellations or transfer requests made less than 6 hours before class will be charged the full class price, including pay-as-you-go and membership bookings. To help us start smoothly and create a focused experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started. Thank you for your understanding and support—we can’t wait to see you in class!
