Service Description
Get ready to dance, move and glow at this special Girls’ Day Out experience! Girls aged 8–12 will step into a purple UV glow party with disco lights, glowsticks, easy-to-follow dancing, fun movement games, confidence poses and a big group finale. Each girl will receive a purple event wristband and glowstick, with an optional purple sparkle cheek design available with parental consent. No dance experience is needed—just come ready to move, laugh and have fun. Our message is simple: every girl shines in her own way! Cancellation Policy
Glow Girls is a free, bookable event for girls aged 8–12. Please book one space for each child attending. This is not a drop-off session. Every child must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who must remain at the venue and be available throughout the event. The accompanying adult is responsible for toilet visits and for providing any personal care or individual support their child may require. The session will include dancing, movement games, glow sticks, UV/disco lighting and a darkened party atmosphere. Optional cosmetic cheek glitter or face decoration may also be offered. After booking, the parent or guardian will be sent a short participant information and consent form. This must be completed before the event and will ask for emergency contact details, relevant medical conditions, allergies, additional support needs and permission for optional activities and photography. Declining photography or face glitter will not affect the child’s place. Please tell Orkney Dance & Fitness about anything that could affect the child’s safe participation, including photosensitivity, skin sensitivities, allergies, injuries or medical and additional support needs. Places are limited. If your child can no longer attend, please cancel as soon as possible so the space can be offered to someone else. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
